Having problems with message search?
I honestly believe that US Soccer has simply not had any sort of plan to develop the sport of futsal in the United States. USFF has. So, by default, USFF being the only affiliate member of the United States Soccer Federation with an interest in developing the sport of futsal, it became the National arbiter in all things futsal.
Now that Super F has now also developed a plan for futsal in the United States and it also is an affiliate member of the US Soccer Federation, now US Soccer must arbitrate between USFF and Super F and play a more central role in the development of the sport of futsal.

It must be U.S. Soccer's choice to do that. The relationship between U.S. Soccer and the so-called U.S. Futsal Federation is unsavory. It's been more of an effort to control the sport rather than develop it.
