If you read nothing else today, take a little while
out to read Glen Miller's "Playing in the twilight"
which is the feature story in today's Fort Myers
News-Press.

Game's 90-something patriarchs are throwbacks to a
golden era

The sidebars include The demise of Gehrig
(http://vh40039.vh4.infi.net/news/sports/040222gehrig.html),
a time line, and bios of the three players interviewed
in the article.

I've yet to actually meet Glen, but I'm sure that's
coming. Just a terrific story and a bunch of history
that no baseball fan should pass up.

I honestly hope that someday, Miller puts together a
book with his "Where are they now" articles in it.
