Ok ladies....so maybe my info regarding track workouts was vague and a bit off.
day: Mondays
time: promptly at 7:00am
location: Washington Lee High-School track, corner of Quincy and Washington
duration: 45-60min workouts....do as much as you can....you may have to skip out early to get to work.
workouts: will consist of 2 mile warmup and vary week to week. I will email weekly workout details.
Monday June 1st workout: 2 mile warmup, 2 - 3 rounds of plyos (which will be done back and forth half the width of the field); high knees, cris cross leg, walking lunge, side walking squat, and butt kicks (in between each exercise), throw some pushups and crunches time permitting.
