Hi! I'm KC and I will be leading the workout on Saturday the 11th.
We will meet at Hains Point Pool for a swim/run workout. I will be in
the parking lot near the Golf Shop in a gold Honda Civic from 8-
8:15am Wearing a blue LUNA t-shirt. Otherwise meet me on the pool
deck (black and purple speedo and pink cap) ready to swim at 8:30am!
We run after. (20 min easy run)
We are joining up with the DCAC masters swim team for their usual
Saturday morning workout. They are a local masters program in the
district that is non-discriminatory and very welcoming. They have
lanes of all speeds and abilities. Visit their website
www.swimdcac.org for more info.
There is NO FEE for first timers. If you are a member of another
masters team and have a USMS card, they ask that you bring that card
and show it to the coach on your way in. No fee for you either.
(You get one free swim per quarter with this group so if you HAVE
been to one of their practices before recently, bring $8. If not,
it's free.)
