At the time, I am in a cast and on crutches.  I look forward to being able to run with the group.

I will again be going to the Arlington =PR=  Women's Run this Thursday at 6:30 (http://www.potomacr iverrunning. com/details. asp?p=training_ group_fun_ runs ).  We had a great time running in the rain last week!  We have a good group and various paces.  The run is generally 4 - 4.5 miles with ample opportunities to shorten the route.    It is a great way to get out in these short winter days!
