Hi Friends of Luna!

My name is Bevin and I'll be leading Sat's workout at Prince William Forest at 8:00am. 

Do you ever have a problem with 'lead legs' after the bike, going into the run on your triathlons??  This workout is specifically designed to help your bike/run transition!  Come out and experience the magic!  We'll be doing bike/run bricks for 50+ min, at your own pace.

I would allow at least 45min from DC to get there, and 10 min once you enter the park to get to the meeting site.  My cell number is 703 986 8117, although sometimes cell phones do not get good signal in the park.

Here are directions:

-Take I-95 South (32 miles south of Washington, D.C.)
-Take rte 619 West(exit 150), Triangle, Virginia near the Quantico Marine Base
-The park entrance is less than 1/4 mile on the right hand side of route 619 west.

(Look for brown sign)
-Enter the park (I think it is $5 per car), and take the first road to the L.                                                                                                

You will proceed about 2 miles on a hilly road. 

After 2 miles, there will be a fork to the L - continue to go straight up a hill. 

Continue another 1/4 mile and park at the parking lot on the L (I think it is Parking D)
