Tomorrow is the PRU AGM where we need to petition to become members. I plan on
going, and if anyone else wants to go with me, I would appreciate it. He have
to "make our case" to the PRU members, and they vote us in or out. I'm putting
together a bunch of information we have to submit, but I need a player roster,
and on it I need the following information from you guys:

Name, Address, Zip, Phone #

Why the PRU needs this information for every player is beyond me, but whatever.
