I just wanted to provide an update on the year end banquet.  Obviously we are not having it this weekend, however, we are still going to have one.  As of right now it will be 1/27 (last Saturday in January), unless this conflicts with too many peoples already established plans.  In order to finalize the plans I need to know who plans on attending the banquet and if you will be bringing a guest(s).

 

You can respond to me individually at wvugun@... to let me know your status.  If it is determined that low numbers are expected we may try to reschedule for the next weekend.
