Further important information.

{Reminder to youth coaches - if your youth team has games scheduled for July
29, consider rescheduling them to another day or to the evening so that you
will be free to attend this clinic. The clinic should be over by 4 pm
Saturday, though it does resume on Sunday.]

The cost of the coaching clinic is $145 if you register in the next two
weeks. Two weeks from now, which is two weeks away from the coaching
clinic, two things will happen. First, USA Rugby will review the number of
registrants and make a determination to cancel the clinic if there is not
enough, or keep registration open. If they keep registration open, the
normal procedure is to add $50 to the course fee, raising it to $195.
Obviously, you want to register now instead of later. Further, if the
clinic is held and you are a walk-in student, the course fee goes up to
$245. Again, you want to register early. If you qualify for reimbursement
from the PRU, you will only be eligible for at most the $145 early
registration fee.

It is highly recommended that you complete the online modules before
attending the workshop at Gonzaga. Not required, but recommended. However,
you will not receive your certification until the online modules and the
workshop have been completed. Further, the PRU will not reimburse you for
the cost of the workshop unless you complete the certification
requirements. You may also be eligible for the cost of the online modules,
but again, not until you have completed all of the certification
requirements.

Please sign up soon.
