Since it is a holiday weekend and most of us have Friday off, there is going to
be a group of us going to Island Lake State Park on Friday, July 3rd at 10:00 am
to do an open water swim (Trout Lake) & then a bike or run afterwards. If anyone
would like to join us, the more the merrier!! It is NEVER a good idea to OWS
alone and if you are not able to make it to the Saturday morning OWS, this would
be a great opportunity to get in!
