I like that it has different levels of plans for all distance races so
you can find a plan that fits your lifestyle and fitness level.
I've successfully used his plans for Steelhead for 2 years and my
first Ironman race last year. I felt more prepared using these plans
than I did using Gale Bernhardt's beginner half iron plan for my first
half.
