At this event, FAST caps will be distributed to new members who have not yet
recieved them.
 
FAST Training Triathlon, 7/19/08, 8am
Details are yet to be nailed down, but all distances will be optional/flexible. 
This is what we have:
 
Meet at 1st parking lot on your left after entering the Island Lake State Rec.
Area, and proceeding straight ahead after the toll booth. 
 
Date/start time: Sat. 7/19/08, start swim between 8am and 9am
Swim: Trout Lake
Bike: Island Lake State Rec. Area roads (roads will not be closed to cars, obey
all STOP signs and other traffic signs!)
Run: Island Lake State Rec. Area paths
 
This is an informal event.  We will all swim, bike, and run at our own risk.  We
will use the buddy system in the water.
