OK, got it fixed. "Reply" will send responses only to the original sender. "Reply to All" will send to the group plus the original sender. Carry on! ... ...
Looks like I had a setting wrong at the Yahoo web site, causing a "Reply:" to go to the group rather than only the sender. You should have to "Reply to all:"...
