If you are looking for a new place to run or bike, try Alton to Perre Marquette.  I got in 42 miles Sunday on the bike.  It is a flat bike path, till you get closer to Perre Marquette, but those hills aren't bad at all. Another good biking is Wildwood if you want big steep hills.   My next adventure will be the Lewis and Clark museum in Alton to downtown St. Louis on the riverfront bike path.  Or the Perre Marquette trails or the bike path for running.   Is that Riverfront bike path safe?  Anybody else got some good biking and running places that are new?
