a good ride i did was from fast eddies parking lot, to the river levee, to the chain of rocks
bridge, to the arch and back, then refuel at fast eddies, its about 56 miles

Another good biking is Wildwood if you want big steep hills.   My next adventure will be the Lewis and Clark museum in Alton to downtown St. Louis on the riverfront bike path.  Or the Perre Marquette trails or the bike path for running.   Is that Riverfront bike path safe?  Anybody else got some good biking and running places that are new?

Last year one day we took off work really early and started from the Ashley power plant on the downtown riverfront and went clear to Pere Marquette and back....
