I'm planning on doing 14 or so with Fred, Manfred and Eric on Saturday.  I'll probably do somewhere between 5 and 8 on Sunday but it will be pretty slow.  I can meet you at the store at 8:00-8:15 of you want.

We have group runs on Sundays at 8:00 a.m. although this morning I
forgot Jen was out of town.  Sorry to any of you guys that showed up

I have taken my month of rest and restarting for fall training so i
dont think i am at 10 miles yet but i will be in the back --take care
