Having problems with message search?
Lourdes,
Eric, Dean and I are planning to start our run at 8:00 am
tomorrow morning from Fleet Feet. We have not decided the distance yet,
but it probably will be in the range of 10 to 14 miles. Eric and Dean can
easily do the 8:00 min pace; my pace will be more in the 8:30 range. I
may be huffing and puffing behind you, but I will always get there.
Join us if you want.

Yes, there will be some of us, I don't know how many yet but the plan is leave at 8 AM for 6 miles or so. And we will be running at a 10 minute (give or take several seconds) per mile.
