There also is a variety of speeds available with this group all the way from speedy to deliberate.  And we have fun.  As for this weekend, a lot of them are meeting at Iroquois park and running to the Derby and back on our annual Derby Day Run.  There may be some leaving from the store for other runs, but I'll try to keep you posted today.
