Amanda, which race are you talking about? Is it the Derby Festival Minimarathon on April 25, 2009? There will be plenty of runners training for it. Most training programs for the Mini will probably start in January.

it but i dont have a running partner to help me get in shape. Puls I
dont get very motivated to run in the cold needing someone to push me a
