Thanks Dennis, but I'm going to run in my neighborhood on Sunday. I'd like to do 10+ miles if I feel good and I know you'll be doing a hard run on Sat. and probably won't feel like another 10. I'll try to get down to FF next Sat. to run with the group.

I'm planning on doing 14 or so with Fred, Manfred and Eric on Saturday. I'll probably do somewhere between 5 and 8 on Sunday but it will be pretty slow. I can meet you at the store at 8:00-8:15 of you want.
