Having problems with message search?
Andy,
Considering the expected temperature and humidity tomorrow I don’t
feel like running hard. We are planning to run 14 miles, leaving the
store at 7:00 am. You are more than welcome to join us. After this
week the weekly mileage is increasing quite a bit, so this Sunday is probably
my last opportunity to goof off. No running for me on Sunday, I am
planning a bike ride.

Dennis, but I'm going to run in my neighborhood on Sunday. I'd like to do
10+ miles if I feel good and I know you'll be doing a hard run on Sat. and
probably won't feel like another 10. I'll try to get down to FF next Sat.

I'm planning on doing 14 or so with Fred, Manfred and Eric on Saturday. I'll probably do somewhere between 5 and 8 on Sunday but it will be pretty slow. I can meet you at the store at 8:00-8:15 of you want.
