Mark your calendars cause you don't want to miss this!  5X Ironman
Champion, 2008 National IM Champ, Heather Gollnick will be speaking at
Bluegrass Bicycle in Crestwood (Crestwood Station) THURS, Jul 17th at
6:30pm.  Bring everyone you know out as this is an awesome experience
to hear abt IM and triathlon life.  Heather was 2nd at IMCDA last
month, 3rd at IMAZ
 April, 1st at Pucon 70.3 in Jan- just this year!
