I hope everbody's training is going well and is injury-free!
I went to the store this morning to run and to catch up on the latest
running news and there wasn't anybody there! What happened to the
Sunday runners? I saw 2 runners when I finished (of the fast FF group!)
and that was it! Well, I hope you're all doing well and if I don't have
the chance to meet up with you before your marathons, good luck to all
of you. I believe Manfred and Fred are headed to Germany soon? Are you
in the taper stage of your training?

I hope to hear from you guys and gals and to see you on the run soon!
