Thanks for the luck, Howard. We definitely need some voodoo to ward off
the evil rain spirits. It looks to be a real soaker--if the winds don't
do us in first. The BAA sent out weather advisories and notified
emergency groups in the towns along the route. Yet in the same note,
the race will go on as planned. Such is the life of a marathoner, eh
guys?!
We'll be thinking of you all...sitting in a warm Heine
Brothers...sipping coffee...wishing we were as warm and dry!
Hopefully, we will have some good stories to tell.
