Help! Toe Blister! 10-miler this weekend!   Message List

Re: Help! Toe Blister! 10-miler this weekend!

I popped it, drained it, cleaned it, put antibiotic ointment on it
(just in case), and put Band-Aids on both toes. I'm planning on
continuing my normal runs this week leading up to the 10-miler.

I'll keep draining/cleaning/ointmenting/Band-Aiding until it's all
better.

Thanks for the advice!

...Rob
