1. As injury free as possible - since an injury kept me from finishing
my goals last year, I want to consistantly use strength training,
nutrition, suppliments and wisdom to stay injury free.
2. Colorado Marathon in Fort Collins on May 4 with a 3:45 time or
better.
3. Chicago Marathon on October 12 with a 3:31 time or better (try to
qualify for Boston).
It kind of scares me, at this point, to think of all that would go into
reaching those goals (especially in a year when myself and two others
are starting a new business). That makes me think about Chris and Bob's
goals of having fun and staying healthy as over-arching goals - those
are more important than certain times. But, the over-over arching goal
I have for running is to continue to build friendships with so many
great people.
