Thanks Roy. I think Cody or Lori will have some good definitive input
on this since Boulder Running Company is a packet pick-up point and they
have been dealing closely with them for years.
I'm adding a question: Do waves fill up and what does that relegate a
person to if they can't get in the wave they qualify for? Is that
another reason to register asap with a time that is published from a
past race? Also: how far past is acceptable? For example, my PR for a
5k happened this past Thanksgiving in Tucson, would that work?
