Description
"IT" could be a 5k or a marathon, you may be a beginner or experienced, a runner or a walker - the idea of FIT is to gather people with a desire to work toward a goal and FINISH IT!
FIT is presented by Jack Quinn's Running Club and Boulder Running Company/Colorado Springs.
How to use fitHQ:
1)Go to 'Files' on the left-hand tool bar and read the document "Welcome to fitHQ";
2) Check the 'Calendar' for upcoming group runs, for races that a group member has posted and for other events such as socials or clinics;
3) Go to the 'links' page for numerous area running routes & other great websites;
4) Browse for helpful articles that in 'Files';
We desire fitHQ to be a highly interactive community - your involvement is important to all of us!
