I admire your enthusiasm. But lets be
realistic.<br>They got a long road ahead of them. And, ofcourse, you
were able to here of the way the Marlins handle them
in the four game series. Alot of kinks to work out
in Atlanta.
Hey, let's all jump on the bandwagon. The Yankees
are an awesome team!! But for that reason you either
love them or you hate them. <br><br>Your a Mets fan?
The Mets are two maybe even one player away from a
World Series Shot. That is something worth cheering
about! <br><br>Unlike the Florida Marlins, my choice,
they have been hot as of late but they are young. Long
way to go. But I love going to those games and
watching that team play.
That is pretty bold of you, "Bold Dragon"<br>Already predicting who will take
the top honors in baseball and so early in the season. I think your way off.
Well fan_of_braves_1999, as a long time Red Sox
fan I have to agree with you. The Red Sox won't even
get to the World Series little lone win it. Right now
it looks like they won't win in the near future.
They may even go a Century (2012) before they win
another Worls Series!
I think its too early to decide on that. Every
team in the league has a chance, and the Red Sox have
as good of one as do any other team. I belive that
whoever wants it will have to go through the Yankees but
even thats not for sure.<br> What about the Indians
don't forget about them!
The Red Sox can't win the win the world series,
Hell they can't get to the world series with The
Yankees in there way. No, Sorry the best two teams with a
chance this year are: Yes, My Atlanta Braves and,
Obviously The New York Yankees. Hahaha Red Sox win the
world series. Hahahahaha stop it! Hahaha your killing
me.
Pedro's always been a nasty pitcher anyway. Half
the reason he does so well is because he pitches
inside so much. Infact I thought he started that whole
thing the other night hitting Clevlands back-up catcher
earlier in the game. I'm for one glad he was'nt awarded
the MVP last year. Randy Johnsons a much better
pitcher.
Pedro only hit Alomar because Nagy (Cleveland's
pitcher) hit offerman the inning before. Unfortunately for
Pedro the umpire had already warned both teams. So
Pedro knew he was gone if he hit Alomar. He was making
a statement and standing up for his team. Knowing
Pedro's history, he wouldn't back down from anyone.
Alomar or any other player on that field knew it was
suspension time should they start a brawl. No one had any
intentions of sitting on the pine for eight days much like
some of the Tigers and White Sox players! So no I lost
no respect for Pedro. In fact I admire how he stood
up for his teammate Jose Offerman!
We havent lost a game in 3 weeks! Between Glavine
5-0 and Rocker who hasnt given up a run in 6 innings
of work, not to mention Maddux you barely miss
Smoltz being in the line up.<br> Braves all the way
baby!
He got the win but he lost some respect.<br> I guess his way of retaliating was
to hit Roberto Alomar cause he sure did'nt do anything when the rest of the team
charged the mound.
Does anybody know why the Sox would pitch Ramon over Pedro last night? Neither
has pitched due to the rain and going into Texas I would think Boston would want
their best on the mound?
Oh don't get me wrong if it comes down to the
Mets vs. Yankees I always route for the Mets.<br> It's
just it's hard not to like the Yankees there an
everyday all star team, a wrecking crew I love that about
them.
Shame on you Bloody!!! I am very upset with their performance so far, but it
doesn't mean I wouldn't root for them even if they were in last place in
October...
I think Jr.'s the best, and the Reds are lucky to have him but I heard Larkin's
gonna test free agency. I hope he stays with the Reds though there the
greatest!<br> Hi Eddie. Nice to meet you.
