Hello Akinola,
It's nice to see someone writing here. There is a lot of members, but no
actvity in this club.
Well done to "the new attacking" inter scoring 4 goals yesterday. Maybe we
will see some truely exiting football at San Siro this year. I'm getting a
bit tired of hearing that it is the results that counts after bad
performances. It is a bit worrying that we let in 3 goals against Empoli
though. Even more so considering that two of the goals we got yesterday
was pretty easy. I think we have been fairly lucky with our games until
now, and we need to improve to beat tough opposition, both in the
Champions League and Serie A. What is positive, is the concistency against
smaller teams.
I have to admit that I don't know a lot about the youth team. This year we
got some good players on our first team that came from the youth team
(Pasquale and Beati), so they must be doing a good job. Thumbs up for
Cuper for giving them a chance and matching them well too. Anyway, I
would be very interested in what you have to tell.
You are right about the comments from Cuper on Kallon, it seems a bit
strange. But I think it must be a bad translation, and just that Kallon
isn't 100% fit yet. I'm sure that if he was, he would at least be on the
bench yeasterday, since we ended up with going to Empoli with just 2
strikers.
