Blanc, Jugovic and Sukur are not seriously
injured but the medical staff are being cautious and will
keep them out of Monday's Italian Cup against Lecce.
That means Lippi will have a tough job to select the
defence line up considering that other important players
will be missing. For example, Ferrari and Cirillo who
are involved in the Olympic Games. Cauet is doubtful
to play since he still has a fever. The Coach will
have to think of a smart solution. Perhaps he'll play
some young players from the Under 21 who haven't been
used much until now, like the defender Riccardo
Fissore and the forward Corrado Colombo. Yahia and Trezzi
from the Primavera youth team are also on the
selection list.
