Crvena zvezda offer Marakana to Inter Stojkovic wants the NeroAzzuri to play
at Marakana stadium in Belgrade

Italian government and Football Association have suspended several stadiums
in Italy including Inter Milan and AC Milan home ground Guiseppe Meazza San
Siro due to last week's escalation of violence in Sicily. Both the
NeroAzzuri and Rossoneri will now have to look for another stadium to play
their games. Considering the issue where these two football giants will play
is yet to be resolved, Crvena zvezda president Dragan Stojkovic decided to
offer Massimo Moratti the Serbian Champions stadium "Marakana" in Belgrade
for Inter's upcoming Champions League match with Valencia.

*Realistic chances for Inter to accept the offer*
The press in Serbia report that there are solid chances that Inter's owner
might accept Stojkovic's offer and bring his team to Belgrade on 21st
February for the clash with Valencia. In his official letter to Inter the
Serbs Champions president said that Inter would have great support at
Marakana since the Serbian national team captain Dejan Stankovic is a star
with the NeroAzzuri while Roberto Mancini's assistant coach Sinisa
Mihajlovic is a legend of Zvezda and Serbian football. Apart from that,
Stojkovic believes that Belgrade is close enough for Inter's fans to come
and attend the game with Valencia.

Stojkovic who was one of the Serbian best footballers of all times, now a
high official at C.zvezda, added that his club would be honored to help
Inter in this situation. The former Olympique Marseille and Nagoya
midfielder is convinced that C.zvezda's fans will support Inter as if it's
their own club playing. However, there's no official answer to this offer
from Inter yet.
