A ONE DAY
C-TIER PDGA TOUR EVENT

This will be a two round disc golf tournament at Horizons Park in Winston Salem.

All players must check in by 9:20 AM, and attend a players meeting at 9:40 AM.
All PDGA divisions with three or more players will be available.
The course will be altered to the “State Games” version of Horizons Park.

All Amateur disc golfers will receive a Horizons Park Classic Golf Disc upon entry.

The prize payout is to the top 50% + ties of each division.
A First Place trophy will be awarded in each division.

Entry fees: Pro Divisions: $50, Advanced divisions, $40, all other divisions $30.
Non-PDGA members must add $10.
An optional $2 Ace Pool will be collected on site at registration.
