Hello everyone.

Early last month I got all excited about summer races and planned out and signed
up for all the events I wanted to do. A couple of weeks later I found out I have
an out-of-town family event the weekend of August 1 so I won't be able to
participate in the Lakefront Days Tri.

I asked the race director if I could either a) cancel and get a refund, or b)
sell/transfer my entry, and you guessed it, no refunds are issued, but she said
I am "welcome to sell/transfer your registration to another person."

Is anyone interested in doing this race? The entry fee is $55.00

This would be perfect for a newer triathlete as the distances are short: 1/4
mile swim, 16.5 mile bike, 3.4 mile run. The event will take place on Saturday,
August 1, at Cleary Lake Regional Park in
Prior Lake (race starts at 8:00 AM).

Please email me or call me 651-688-0036. I'd be glad to update the race director
with the new participant's information.
