Hi Swimmers,
I have set up a booth at this student organization fair, which is an
ideal
opportunity to get people involved and knowledgable about our team. The
info is
below, but the essential components are as follows:
1) I can be there on Thursday from 11-12:30pm
2) We need people to cover any time slots (whatever you can manage is
fine), on
Wednesday from 11-3 and Thursday from 12:30-3pm.
3) Please let me know if/when you can help with this.
4) We'll have flyers ready, and I'll bake some goodies to hand out on
Thursday
(if we cover Wednesday, maybe someone could bake cookies or something for
that??)
5) The key thing is to just be there, answer questions about the team, and
give
them a flyer/info.

Student Organizations Fair
Host a booth at our student organizations fair on Wednesday, September 14
and Thursday, September 15 in the Wood Center Mall from 11-3. Call the
Leadership Program at 474-1170, email leadership@..., or stop by our
office in Wood Center to reserve a space by Tuesday, September 13. Let us
know if you have any special needs like a tv/vcr, electricity, easels, etc.
Also let us know if you can contribute a "prize" that we can use to entice
folks to your booths! Free tickets, t-shirts, books, and homemade cookies
would make great prizes. We also have a food waiver if you would like to
have candy, store-bought cookies, or homemade goodies at your table.
