Big news!

I just got off the phone with Scott Lemley and the financial person at
the Patty Center. The pool is most likely going to reopen on June 1.
At that time, the dues structure will change to where we have no dues.
Instead, we will pay under the same structure as lap swim. So, it will
be free if you have an SRC membership, or $3.00 each time if you don't.
I am told they will also start implementing punchcard, 3 mos., and 6
mos. passes the way the Borough does.

We will have the same times blocked out for us with some name like
"competitive swim practice" with posted requirements for participation
like 1) must be able to swim 500 yds continuously and 100 yds under
2:30, and 2) be willing to swim an organized, posted workout.

Tomorrow I am making a final dues deposit for the just-concluded spring
semester. If you have not already done so, please pay dues for the
spring to me today. If you want to pay for the spring but can't get the
money to me today, then email me what you are going to pay, and I'll
front the money and you can pay me personally the next time you see me.
