Hi Guys,
I think that this practice is a great idea and I would love to attend. Unfortunately, I have two swim meets this weekend, one of which is in Palmer!
If there were any way to reschedule, I know I could make a different Saturday - and I'd love to enter the dual meet when you hold that.
Keep in touch and have fun,
-MARiA

Subject: [fast_masters] 10/18 - Practice with the Nanooks
Hi all,
As a trial run for a potential future dual meet with the college swim
team, we're going to have a practice with the Nanook swim team on
Saturday, October 18, at our regular time of 9-11 a.m.. This should be
a fun event and a rare opportunity for us to do a workout with an actual
coach on deck.
So, please plan on attending that Saturday so that we have a good
turnout. Spread the word with some of the Masters swimmers that we
haven't seen in a while. Scott will work with us so that the practice
is within our capabilities and not a death march.
We will definitely have at least one lane for more novice swimmers who
can't keep up with the college women, so please attend even if you are
not a fast swimmer. The point will be to have fun and make the workout
all-inclusive, and it will be a great opportunity to get a few stroke
tips from a paid coach.
Finally, it would sure be great if we had a logo and some team caps or
something by then (hint to Melissa and Aaron).
