Hi all,

Our practice time is 8 - 10 a.m. again this Saturday because of the UAF
dual meet.

Scott Lemley sent me an email asking for volunteers to help run the
meet, and I encourage you to come out. They usually divide up events so
that they cover half the events one day, and half the other day (on
Friday the 200's of strokes, 400IM, the 1650, 500, and 50, and 400
relays; on Saturday the 100s, 200 IM, 1000, and 200 relays). The meets
start at 6 pm Friday and noon on Saturday. The meet usually lasts about
1.5 hours.

So, please come out to volunteer, and show up about 15 minutes before
the meet starts to help out. All of the swimmers I've met are nice
people, and I'm sure they'd appreciate the support.
