Brian, Knowing bureaucracies I don’t think the Master’s swim program will win in a pissing match with any official UAF program.  People’s careers have been ruined over lesser issues. I say we just move the triathlon back a week or two and swim at 8:00am on Saturday.  It will be warmer with more light anyway. I checked with Frieda (who is taking Jeannette's place as your guard) and she can come in an hour early. I'm going to cancel our college practice to help accommodate you guys. I understand you have a triathlon this weekend and I apologize if this throws a wrench into things. As it stands now, I'm allowing the Outdoor Adventures group to have the pool from 10 to 1 to practice their kayak skills and am asking your group to swim from 8 to 10.
