Mark,
Next Monday plan on me being there to spin with you all. When we spin
we listen to music and change tempo very often. Ususally one of us
acts as the coach to keep changing gears to make the spinning harder
to simulate hills, etc. Gary and Scott have asked me if I was trying
to kill them on more than one occasion, just so you know when I come
over. It's still not like trying to keep up with Sage but until Sage
gets his bike fixed it's all we've got. So now that you and Sandy are
free tonight hopefully you will be there to spin, right....
