Now that the holidays are over, it is time to settle into some type of
training routine. As some of you may know, we (me and Sandy) run nearly
every Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday; so that does not leave us
many days to spin.
My plan is to spin every Monday night starting around 6:00 or 6:30.
I'll probably spin about an hour.
I have one Spinerval tape (VHS): Time Trials 2.0 - it lasts 60 minutes
and works up quite a sweat. Anyone is welcome to "borrow/copy" it. Also
anyone is welcome to bring any DVD or VHS tape over for the spin
(variety is a good thing when it comes to spinning).
We have a wide open basement with room for plenty of bikes and
trainers. Let us know if you are interested.
