After trying out our "other" trike (a Greenspeed GT3), Ellen has
decided she prefers it to our Sun EZ3-USX, because she can go faster
on the lighter and lower Greenspeed. We also now have an HP
Velotechnik Scorpion fx on order.
Info on Greenspeeds is here: http://www.greenspeed.com.au/gshome.html

Apart from speed, the key advantage of both the GT3 and the fx over
all Sun models is that they fold for transport. The key disadvantage
is that they cost a lot.
Our Sun EX3-USX will soon be available for purchase from Joe Reichert
at Amling Cycles (http://amlingscycle.com/), 8140 N. Milwaukee in
Niles, IL (847)692-4240, for $750. Our cost for the Sun new 18 months
ago was $1,067, including optional (official Sun accessory) fenders,
rear basket, and a front mount for accessories designed to be mounted
on handlebars.
Our original dealer still happily sells the EZ3-USX for $1,063+tax and
options here:

Our EZ3-USX has only been ridden around our local area and always
garaged, so it's in really good shape.
First come. First served.
That leads to one other item of business. We really should have at
least one moderator for this group who still has a Sun EZ3-USX, and
soon that won't include me. The duties are slight; just a matter of
logging on often enough to notice when someone wants to join the group
and approve their membership request. Let me know please if you'd like
to help out with that.
