On this day in 1969, the Ford Motor Company introduced a new compact
car, named Maverick. It went somewhat well in sales, and it lasted
until the end of the 1977 model year. The same year in which our own
Phil Carmen was suspended 16 games for head-butting a boundary umpire.

So, on this, the anniversary of the Maverick, I was wondering if
anyone has customised a Maverick in the colors of our boys from Windy
Hill.

That, my fellow Dons, would be a trip!
