This is a picture from about 1985 taken at Galt Academy where they trained California correction officers. From left to right - Master Tasi Alo, GM Anthony Davis, GGM Angel Cabales, Lt. Ray Novencito -he was Lt. at the time later he went on to be the body guard for Governor Gray Davis, he was the hand tactics instructor at the academy at the time of this picture. We had just completed a seminar at the academy with GGM Angel Cabales.- then comes GM Vincent Cabales.
