Could all members please nominate Arnott Kidd for age grouper and Edinburgh Rc for club. Linda McLean for Coach of the year and Edinburgh Tri Centre for retailer. Lochore Sprint for race of the year less than 500. Catriona Morrison has asked for support of Scottish clubs for Female Duathlete of the year.
It is important that we get numbers voting as this is the shortlist based on numbers nominating and the South of England tends to dominate.
Are you free? Can you help? Can you nominate someone else to help?
Come on guys.....
There will be two 'shifts' for marshalls on NYD; 9am till 2pm (reg, marshalling and organising) and 2pm till 6pm (marshalling and helping with the clear up). We really need your help for this event so for all those that offer to help, we have agreed that you will receive a reduction in your swimming charge for 2010.
If you would like to race too, then there will be a Ł20 discount on your entry fee. We'll either set you off in the first tri wave at 12.00 or the last wave at 2, depending on whether you'd rather help in the morning or later.
If you let me know as soon as possible then we will be able to assign jobs to suit.

Apologies for the e-mail to the group, but I was wondering if any medics, physios etc might have a good image of the femoral nerve and how it supplies the four quadricep muscles. It would be very useful for a consultation I am having next week.
If you do have an image, grateful if you could send it to me at francesca.osowska@... rather than reply to the whole group.
Open to past attendees to my Pilates/Core classes only
I have a couple of spaces available in the Wednesday 8:30-9:30pm for the next four weeks. You MUST book in with me (quick call or email) before 5:30pm on the Wednesday & let me know if there are any changes to your health history to secure your space. Each additional ad-hoc class will cost Ł7.50, payable on the night. Attending a whole block will always be much more beneficial than just a one-off class, but this could be useful to you as a refresher if you've not been practising for a while and you feel you'd like to get back into it!
