For those of you haven't heard, on Friday 23rd December we will be
holding a testing session at the next generation pool at the usual time
20:30-21:30.

The purpose of this session is to allow everyone the opportunity to
record an accurate 400m swim time, along with their individual 100m
split times. Hopefully we plan to run these sessions every two-three
months.

The main reason behind this session is, you can't tell if you have
improved if you don't know where you started. So hopefully this will
give everyone something to aim for and help motivate everyone as well,
as you will see that the time and effort you are putting in is paying
off.

If next generation are o.k. with it, I may also try an bring some video
cameras down, so if anyone wishes to have their swim technique filmed,
so we can help improve their technique even further, we can do this at
the same time as the 400m.

Depending on how many people come down to the session, there may or may
not be a proper swim session as well.

Apologies it's so close to Christmas, it just happens to fit in with
the rest week in our training cycles.
