About Me
In addition to some serious running and less serious triathlon training, I am a qualified
and experienced Pilates teacher and personal trainer.
I am looking to set up Pilates based classes aimed specifically at catering for the particular
needs of runners & triathletes. The classes would be entirely separate from &
complimentary to your existing training – I'm not taking on the role of coach! The main
objectives are injury prevention and performance improvement through improved
flexibility, body alignment and muscle balancing.
To help me to help you better I've put together a short questionnaire to identify problem
areas and preferred class times. Please fill in and email direct back to me on
jennyn101@hotmail.com. Feel free to add any general comments.

Problem Areas
1. Do you suffer from general back problems? YES
2. Are you prone to particular injuries (please specify body part & nature of injury)?YES - CALVES, BACK AND NECK
3. Is any particular area (e.g. hamstrings, calves, hip flexors, chest muscles) prone to
muscle stiffness? YES - HIP FLEXORS, CALVES, TRUNK
4. Do you get stresses in your shoulders/lower back/arms/neck/hands (please specify)
when running or cycling?OH YES - ALL OF THEN ON BIKE
5. Would you like to improve your running efficiency, posture or bike aero position?YUP

Class Details
1. Would you be interested in an introductory workshop (1/2 day) at a weekend to cover
the principles and tools of Pilates for runners & triathletes? YES
2. For a weekly class, what would be your preferred time/day?LATE EVENING - 8PM ISH, NOT MON, TUES, FRI
3. To get the best benefits, you really do need to do Pilates regularly – how long would you
be able to commit to a regular class for? A. 4 weeks, B. 6 weeks, C. 8 weeks+
4. Scheduling a class after a regular training session could be very helpful, please suggest
which training sessions might be suitable.NOT SURE
5. Where would you be willing to travel to e.g. City Centre, Duddingston, elsewhere…20 MIN DRIVE FROM PORTOBELLO
1) for a regular class? 2) for a longer workshop?
6. Would you be happy in a general group of runners & triathletes, or prefer the groups to
be separate? MIXED IS FINE
7. How much would you be prepared to pay for an hours class? A. £4-£5, B. £6-£8, C. £9
