Fancy dress is completely optional. I'll probably wear a scary hat but thats it

Is anyone able to give me a lift up to the event at Harlaw?!! I'm off Leith Walk, but can get myself somewhere in town for a pick up if it makes life easier?
 
Oh and all this talk of fancy dress outfits - is it really? I so don't want to do a Bridget Jones...be kind to the (fairly) newby!

Dear TriStars
 
Ok finally the long awaited plans for the weekend.
 
This Saturday morning we are planning a run and/or mountain bike event at Harlaw Reservoir. Meet at the car park for 10am with either your mountain bike or your running shoes.
 
For directions head to Balerno: 
 
Thanks to those of you that have replied but there are no restrictions on numbers so if you can now make it, it would be good to see you.
 
The evening meal is at Il Castello Restaurant, 36 Castle Terrace at 7.45pm.
 
Three courses with coffee and tea is £20 per head. There are a couple of spaces left, so let me know if you'd like to join us.
 
Lets meet in All Bar One on Lothian road at 6.30pm.
 
See you at the weekend
