I'm trying to finalize my itinerary for the games, but because I have never done an event like this before, I am rather unsure of the games' protocol.   I'm hoping to fly into lace w:st="on">Montreallace> just in time for the Opening Ceremony with my first event 2 days later.  Is there a mandatory meeting we have to attend, packet pickup, or anything else I'm required to be present for that will affect my travel plans?  >>
