Hi Brian,

are you sure they are *paid* registrants? It doesn't say so in the press
release, though it does talk about the fee promotions going on. I was
considered (and likely counted) registered even before I paid.for
example. It is unfortunate (though understandable) the "numbers games"
both Montreal and Chicago have been playing, just to get more people to
pay soon (now! now! before we are all full ;). I would be REALLY
(happily) surprised if that many people had paid already...
